Process
Metal frame manufacturing
The metal frame of the oil seal is made of high-strength metal materials such as stainless steel or carbon steel to provide strong support and ensure the stability of the sealing element in a high-pressure environment.
Rubber molding
Select rubber materials suitable for hydraulic environment (such as NBR, FKM, etc.) and manufacture the sealing lip through injection molding or pressing process.
Vulcanization
The vulcanization process is used to improve the oil resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance of rubber, ensuring that the oil seal can operate stably for a long time in a high pressure environment.
Finishing and assembly
The sealing lip, metal frame and oil return groove are processed precisely to ensure sealing and installation accuracy.
