Process
Metal frame manufacturing
The oil seal frame is made of high-strength metal materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.) to ensure its strength and stability in high-pressure environments.
Rubber molding
Select rubber materials suitable for high-pressure environments (such as NBR, FKM, etc.) and form the sealing lip part through injection molding or pressing process.
Vulcanization
