Description
The reducer oil seal is a sealing element specially used in reducers, gearboxes, transmission systems and other equipment. Its main function is to prevent oil leakage and effectively isolate external pollutants (such as dust, moisture, etc.), thereby ensuring that the lubricating oil in the reducer is not contaminated and maintains efficient lubrication, extending the service life of the reducer. Process
Metal frame manufacturing
High-strength metal materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.) are selected and the metal frame of the oil seal is manufactured through precision processing to provide the necessary support and mechanical strength for the oil seal.
Rubber molding
The rubber material (such as NBR, FKM, etc.) is processed into a sealing lip through injection molding or pressing technology to ensure that the oil seal has excellent sealing performance.
Vulcanization
The vulcanization treatment enhances the heat resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance of the rubber material, ensuring the stable operation of the oil seal under high temperature and high pressure.
Finishing and assembly
