Description

Process
Metal frame manufacturing
The oil seal frame is made of high-strength metal materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.) to ensure its sealing effect and durability in the gearbox.
Rubber molding
Select rubber materials suitable for the gearbox environment (such as NBR, FKM, etc.) and form the sealing lip part of the oil seal through injection molding or pressing process.
Vulcanization
The vulcanization process improves the high temperature resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance of the rubber, ensuring that the oil seal can operate stably in the gearbox environment for a long time.
Finishing and assembly
